Every edit of a page by a player is a draft until staff approve it. This is the list.
A reader sees the last approved version of a page; the one who edited sees the draft with a banner, and staff see an Approve link in that banner. The numbers in the tables go another way: a suggested cell reaches the review on the server (how the sync works).
